About Us
Our mission is to accord all students with rich experiences, a rigorous curriculum, respect, and appreciation of the fine arts through music performances; to be lifelong stewards of musicality.
In the Music Department, our goal is to prepare young adults for the real world through teamwork, discipline, respect, appreciation, and humbleness. Our second goal is to present an display ourselves in a professional manner.
Performing on stage to exhibit one's talents and efforts is our ultimate goal. A performance is a culmination of months of hard work for students, where they perform flawlessly as possible.
The Music Department offers programs for students at Lahainaluna High School who wish to learn or want to continue performing music in our band programs. Students build and learn upon prior knowledge related to their unique discipline and perform in public venues.
We represent Lahainaluna, Lahaina, Maui, and ourselves with dignity. If we have given our best, we have pride in knowing we did our job.
